Full Day Casela World of Adventures  

09h15 Arrive at Casela Park.

Participants who have prebooked their activities and entrance to report to the Information desk to collect their tickets against their voucher and booking reference.            

Included in the Entrance Fee : Safari (zebras, ostriches, antelopes, white rhinoceros, impalas, kudus), Avalanche mine (toboggans x 2), Walk through the aviary, 3D interactive map, Big Cats viewing, Camel and Giraffe viewing, Kid’s playground, petting farm.

Participants to spend the day in the park

16h45 – Meet outside the main shop.

17h00 Board the coach and drive back to respective hotel.

Walk with Big Cats : You should arrive at the park at least 45 minutes before the walking departure time. Late arrivals will not be refunded but will be offered an interaction in the place of the walk, if available.

The walk with the lions takes between 45 minutes and 1 hour. Therefore you are advised that if booking another activity in the Casela Park either prior to or after your walk and allow for at least 20 minutes shuttle time from each destination.

If you book for a walk and an interaction, ideally you should allow for one hour 45 minutes for that activity alone.

Mondays and Saturdays : Pick-up Time from the North  07H30 – 08H00 North and East Coast Hotels only.

Tour concludes at original point of departure (pick-up point).

Age Restrictions 

The Big Cat Adventure does NOT base itself solely on actual age but also on a height chart of which the minimum height requirement is above 1.5 metres and / or the age of 15 in the case of minors.  Anyone shorter than this will NOT be permitted to participate in the walk.

Quad Biking : Person as from 16 yrs old is allowed to drive and Passenger only as from 12 yrs old and height of minimum 1m35 high.

Health Requirements

Please make sure that all people that have booked the walk are NOT suffering from any disabilities either mentally or physical. That they have no major hearing or visual impairments.

If any of the above is found on the day of your activity NO refunds will be considered. The Management Decision is final and there will be NO refund.

Cancellations more than a week in advance only administration costs of 15%
Cancellation between a week and 48 hours prior to departure date:
Cancellation less than 48 hours prior to departure date : 100% of the total amount
No show: no refund

If you are late and miss the activity, we cannot guarantee that there will be any available space for you to assist in the next or subsequent scheduled slots on the same day. In any event, no refund will be made.
